Hosepipe ban

John Richards from Selsted CC has written to Veolia about the hosepipe ban. Veolia’s response is to confirm that a hosepipe cannot be used to water sports and recreation grounds used for local or regional sporting events.
John has heard that some Clubs have been given a dispensation to use hosepipes. Has any Club been given such a dispensation? How are Clubs going to manage during the ban? Please let me have your comments.
